Adam,

If I may ask, please do tell the time period of the event depicted.

The British soldiers appear as Am. Rev War and the Spanish Artillerie appears as 7YW, if I am seeing it correctly?

Supposed to be 1763. I don't know much about exactly dating soldier's uniforms so I can't say how accurate they are.
