I'm thinking about ordering some split seconds from Little sunlight just to use as practice for stitching and such.

Knowing that it is not correct for the period but if I make mistakes on sewing a $10.00 piece of leather no big deal....if I make mistakes on a $100.00 piece of leather that's another story!

That being said, have any of you ordered deer split seconds from these folks? And if so, what did you think of them.

Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Morgan

www.littlesunlight.com

All of the skins are seconds....but in three different grades. Scrap, craft and heavy.

Haven't ordered them yet, but will be in the next couple of weeks.

I ordered the 10 for $50 deal. They are very thin, but you get your money's worth. There are enough that you can make about anything you want to. But as some one else said they are seconds. so keep that in mind.
