Here's one for the ladies that want to do the upper class personas. 3 1/2" blade of 01 vanadium tool steel, with climbing vine file work down the spine, legal ivory grip with sterling silver mounts and trim. The sheath is brass with matching silver trim. These can be worn as a neck knife, or apron knife. They look very nice attached with silk ribbon, or a silver chain.

Where in the yard did you find that piece of ivory?

OOOOOH Dan, I had not thought of showing that one to your wife, but That is a great idea. If I were not swamped with back orders, I might. Hey, if you bought her one of those, maybe you could get yours back. Just a thought. I am going to try to go to FKG in, March is it? I can't make the fall event. I will be hunting, or working. It seems all I do lately, is work on the house, or work on knives. The flood has turned into a blessing. Thanks to FEMA, and doing most of the work ourselves, we are getting a much nicer interior than we could have hoped for, but it is taking a lot of time. Take care, Wick.
Do you ever go to Alafia Rendevous?

Been a few years but I'm going to try to get down again this year. Depends on work. If not sooner, I hope to see you in March.

I think it would be a good idea not to let your wife see that too, because, that is a pretty knife!
